摘　　要：MBTI是基于荣格的心理类型理论编制而成的一个自陈量表。此量表包括四个维度 ,每个维度包括两个相对的极点 ,代表不同的偏好倾向。对四个维度的基本偏好不同组合便构成了 1 6种人格类型。本研究首次将其翻译成中文并修订 ,以 2 58名大学生作为试测样本 ,结果表明 ,绝大多数项目都具有相当高的鉴别力 ;量表信度和效度良好 。MBTI (Myers & Briggs Type indicator) is a self\|report questionnaire developed on the base of Jung's theory of psychological type. The scale has four types of dichotomies: E\|I, S\|N, T\|F and J\|P. An individual is assumed to have a preference for one of each pair of the opposites over the other. Combination of the four dichotomies over the opposite pole results in 16 types. In this research, the MBTI is translated into Chinese and then administered to 258 college students. The result shows that almost all items have significantly high discrimination and the scale is highly reliable. Coefficient Alpha is between .7029.8721. Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the construct of the scale.
