摘　　要：研究了一类ＯＵ型过程的相遇问题，用随机分析的方法得到了过程相遇的条件并求出相遇的概率，在相遇情形，得到了首遇时分布。Abstract This paper concerns the intersection problems of a class of OU type processes. Using the techniques of stochastic analysis, we show the conditions and probabilities of two processes intersecting. Moereover, conditioned at intersection, the first intersecting time distribution shall be given.
