摘  要:用八种底物,每种底物八个浓度.恒温25±1℃下,进行多刺裸腹的单体和群体培养,试验取得了一系列生物学参数,于此同时对每种底物适宜浓度下群培所获虫体,又进行了系列脂肪酸生化测定,最后经模糊综合判别,对关键性六类数值进行了计算,结果证明:用普通小球藻(Chlorelavulgaris)培养的虫体最佳,适宜细胞浓度约为200万个·mL-1,当群培高峰日(第九天时),可获虫体91318个·L-1和生物量达9643390mg·L-1水平。Many biological parameters were obtained through experiments on individual and population culture of waterflea ( Moina macrocopa ) with eight organismal matter ( Chlorella valgaris ,cock dung,cock dung ferment sediment,pig dung,cow dung,horse dung,rice straw,dry yeast powder) and eight concentratian of every organismal matter kept in laboratory at 25±1℃.At the same time fatty acids were biochemically detected for waterflea masscultivated with every organismal matter of suitable concentration.At last six kinds of experimental data were analysed through fuzzy comprehensive differentiation.It was proved that Ch.vulgaris was the best in eight organismal matters as food of Moina macrocopa at 200×10 4ml -1 which was the suitable concentration.The average number and average biomass of Moina macrocopa population during a growth span of nine days was 91318L -1 and 964 339mg·L -1 ,but the UFA and EFA of animal make up 68 05 percent and 45 40 percent of the total fatty acids contents.
