微生物强化采油菌种筛选及培养条件研究

摘　　要：从花土沟油田原油中筛选的４株菌能降低原油粘度及凝固点，有利于采油．对其进行了培养条件研究，结果表明它们与华岩山油层环境相适应。The four strains selected from the crude oil in Huatugou oil field have the ability to decrease the viscosity and freezing point of crude oil, which benefits oil recovery. The research of their cultural conditions reveals that they can be adapted to the circumstances of oil layer of Huayanshan oil well and used in simulated oil recovery tests in experimental rooms and oil well.
