摘　　要：阐述健康的基本概念，指出当前学校教育存在的种种弊端，强调现代高校体育教学改革应以健康第一的思想为先导。The article deals with the basic concept about health, points out various malpractice existing in the current scool education and underlines that modern colleges’ physical education reform should establish the guide thought of health first.
