摘　　要：针对运动人体科学专业的特点和实验教学现状,本文探讨了专业实验教学改革的基本思路。对如何优化实验教学体系、提高实验教学质量提出了建议;Contra posing the reality of experiment teaching, the writer discussed the basic thought on system experiment teaching reform in this article. Also, some propose on how to optimum the basic element of experiment teaching on this major is given. So it is valuable to todays experiment teaching.
