摘　　要：论文主要分析了西方和中国资本主义的起源以及东亚资本主义的发展道路问题。评述了韦伯的资本主义发生命题和他的社会历史观 ,并对中国学者对韦伯理论的回应作了剖析。认为在传统中国社会的历史发展过程中不会自发产生资本主义。在文章的最后 ,论述了与东亚资本主义起源有关的东亚资本主义道路的发展前景。This paper tries to expound how the West's capitalism arouse and why the East Asia couldn't spontaneously produce the capitalism.To explore the problem,this paper first evaluates Max Webber's capitalist occurring theory;then analyzises chinese scholars'response to Webber's theory.According to the pluralistic concept of culture and history,it comes to the conclusion that the capitalism couldn't arise in the traditional chinese society.In addition,the paper comments on the East Asian capitalist development's model and prospect.
