对我国16—17岁少年男子篮球特高队员现状的分析与研究

摘　　要：现代篮球运动高度争夺愈演愈烈 ,为此 ,提高我国篮球运动水平的当务之急应是加强对高个子队员尤其是特高队员的发现和培养。以 1999年参加全国少年甲组比赛的 2 8名特高队员为研究对象 ,采用问卷调查法、比较法、数理统计法 ,对少年甲组男篮特高队员的身高状况、体重状况、伤病状况、训练年限及身体素质与基本技术水平现状进行了分析与研究 ,从而得出结论 :现阶段我国从事篮球训练的特高队员人数少、参加训练的年龄晚、身体形态不够匀称、运动员过早地出现运动损伤 ;特高队员篮球专项身体素质与基本技术训练水平中存在着运用有球技术较差、快速灵活的移动能力及完成动作的规范性方面急需加强 ,无氧状态下的专项耐力素质有待提高等突出问题。At present, contest in basketball matches becomes more and more intense. Therefore, the urgent affairs for improving the basketball level in China are to find and foster high basketballers, especially those of special height. 28 players of special height participating in the Chinese national juvenile major league were chosen to be the objects of this study. By applying questionnaire, investigation, comparison and mathematical statistics the height, the body-weight, the state of injury and disease, the number of training years, the physical fitness and basic technical level of the male basketballers of juvenile major league were analyzed and studied. It was concluded that at present in players going in for basketball training there are just a few of special height. And the time when they started to train was late. They are not of proportional build. Sports injuries occurred excessively early. In the players of special height there also exist problems in respect of specific physical fitness and basic technical training. They are not good at applying the technique with ball. Their ability to move quickly and flexibly as well as the criterion of performing movements should be strengthened urgently. Their specific endurance under anaerobic condition remains to be improved.
