摘　　要：本文采用工控机完成压铸机的控制系统,设计出相应的硬件电路、编制控制软件,为提高压铸件的质量,提出了用自适应模糊控制理论对压铸过程重要参数—压射速度进行控制,计算机仿真结果表明,此控制方法是切实可行的。In this paper,IPC is adopted to realize die-casting machine's control system,hardware circuits are designed and control software is compiled.In order to improve the quality of the casting products,it is proposed that die-casting speed - the important parameter should be controlled with fuzzy control theory.The results of computer simulation show that this control method is feasible in practice.
