摘　　要：目的 :　探讨bcl- 2及P5 3蛋白在Bowen病及Bowen样鳞癌中的表达及其意义。方法 :　应用免疫组织化学技术对 11例Bowen病及 3例Bowen样鳞癌bcl- 2和 或P5 3蛋白的表达进行了检测。结果 :11例Bowen病中bcl- 2蛋白阳性 2例 (18% ) ,P5 3蛋白阳性 3例 (2 7% ) ;3例Bowen样鳞癌均见bcl- 2蛋白表达。Bowen病中bcl- 2与P5 3蛋白表达显著正相关 (r=0 .76 9,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :　Bowen病中bcl- 2蛋白表达与P5 3基因突变有关 。Objective: To study the expression of bcl-2 and P53 protein in Bowen's disease and bowenoid squamous cell carcinoma(BSCC) and the significance. Methods:The bcl-2 and/or P53 protein were immunohistochemically detected in 11 cases of Bowen's disase and BSCC.Results:bcl-2 protein were postitive (18%) and 3 of them were P53 protein positive (27%) in 2 of 11 cases of Bowen's disease and 3 cases of BSCC. In Bowen's disease, the expression of bcl-2 protein was significantly positively correlated to that of P53 protein (r=0.769, P<0.05). Conclusion:In Bowen's disease, the expression of bcl-2 protein was correlated to the P53 gene mutation and takes part in the disease progression and transforming to BSCC.
