摘 要:目的 了解氯氮平与利培酮对糖代谢的影响。方法 回顾性调查使用氯氮平或利培酮治疗的住院精神病人,观察血糖变化,并分析影响糖代谢异常的相关因素(性别、年龄、药物剂量、诊断、病程等)。结果 在136例住院精神病人中,氯氮平组79例,糖代谢异常发生率为34.2%,糖尿病发生率为16.5%;利培酮组57例,糖代谢异常发生率3.5%,糖尿病发生率为0%;氯氮平与利培酮相比引起糖代谢异常有显著性差异(P<0.05)。随年龄增大可能引起糖代谢异常的几率增加(P<0.05)。结论 氯氮平比利培酮引起糖代谢异常的发生率高,临床上应予关注。Objectives: To explore the different effects of clozapine and risperidone on glucose metabolism. Method: Data of blood glucose changing were retrospectively collected from 136 inpatients treated with clozapine or risperidone, and relative factors (gender, age, dose, diagnosis, course of diseases) affecting the glucose metabolism were measured. Results: In 79 cases treated with clozapine, the incidence of glucose metabolism abnormality was 34.2%, and that of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) was 16. 5%; while in 57 cases treated with risperdal, it was 3.5% and 0.0% , respectively. The incidance of glucose metabolism abnormality showed significantly different comparing the patients treated with different drugs (P<0.05). Age appears to increase the risk for glucose metabolism abnormalities. Conclusion: The incidence of glucose metabolish abnormality and DM in patients treated with clozapine were much higher than those treated with risperdal.
