谷物流化床基本特性的研究

摘　　要：本文简要介绍了自行设计的谷物流化试验台。在一系列试验基础上,分析研究了谷物流化的特点及影响谷物临界流化速度的因素,提出了临界流化时床层压力降沿床高分布的定量描述方法,并通过相似原理找出了运用于部分谷物-空气系统的变量间的关系。This paper briefly introduces a new experimental apparatus for grain flu-idized bed. Based on a series of tests, grain fluidized characteristics and various factors affected on grain tical fluidized velocity have been analysed. Author provides a new method witn which pressure drop in the grain bed at critical fluidized velocity can be quantitatively described. Some relationships of main variables that suit to some grain-airflow system have been, established with principle of sixmilitude.
