摘　　要：精益生产,特别是生产线的精益化是精益企业的主要任务和关键。在多品种、少批量生产条件下要进行精益生产的改造,首先要对原有的生产流程进行“再造”,然后进一步在单元内组织成组流水线。文章集中探讨成组单元流水线特别是虚拟成组生产单元的建立问题。在进行成组工艺规程设计后,在单元内通过生产能力平衡、工艺调整,才有可能在虚拟成组生产单元中形成准流水线生产,最终达到极大地提高生产效率。Lean Production, especially the Lean Production of production line is the important task or key to the Lean Enterprise. In low volume - high variety environment, how to implement Lean Production? At first, reforming the obsolete production flow; then, the group technology flow line in the cell will be built up. This paper focuses to discuss the creation of Group Technology Cell Flow Line, in particular, the organization of Virtual Group Technology Production Cell. After the design of the group technology process planning, balance of production capability and adjustment of process are needed. Thus it is possible that organizing the Quasi - Flow - Line can attain to highly enhance the efficiency of production.
