摘  要:在气 -固相反应体系中 ,考察了负载型的keggin结构的H4GeW12 O40 杂多酸对酯化反应的催化活性 ,选用了活性炭、γ -Al2 O3 、石英砂、5A -分子筛四种载体 ,实验结果表明 :固载型的H4GeW12 O40 /C和H4GeW12 O40 /石英砂 ,具有优异的催化性能 ,在同一条件下 ,炭载型催化剂表现出了很高的催化活性、选择性和化学稳定性。The catalytic properties of H 4GeW 12O 40 heteropoly acid with Keggin structure and suportted on four supports were investigated during the esterfication of iso-pentanol with acetic acid in the gas-solid system. The experimemtal results indicated that catalytic activity H 4GeW 12O 40 there is acorresponding relation between catalytic activity on various supports and the character of support ,In addition under acid/alcohol ratio 1.2~1.4, temperature 135℃ and space velocity 6.67h -1,iso-pentanol and acetic acid have higher conversion and selectivity to isopentyl acetate is close to 97%.
