人宫颈癌c-erbB-2基因表达与临床意义

摘　　要：探讨人宫颈癌中c-erbB-2基因表达的改变及其临床意义 方法 对123例宫颈癌和26例非癌的宫颈组织采用免疫组化ABC法检测c-erbB-2基因蛋白的表达,结合临床资料分析该基因改变的临床意义。结果 正常宫颈组织中未见阳性染色,16例慢性宫颈炎中有3例阳性。强度为(阳性),宫颈癌组织中c-erbB-2基因表达为31.14％(42/123),显著高于正常和有慢性炎症的宫颈组织(P<0.01),并显示其与宫颈癌病理组织学分化高低及存活期有关。结论 c-erbB-2基因的变化在宫颈癌的发生和发展中起重要作用,其过度表达提示较差的临床行为和预后。The present study was to investigate the alterations of c-erbB-2 gene expression in human cervical carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods ABC immunohistochemistry was applied to observe the expression of c-erbB-2 in 123 case of cervical carcinoma and in 26 cases of non-carcinomatous cervical tissues . Results There was negative c-erbB-2 expression in normal cervical tissue. Three cases were positive for c-erbB-2 out of 16 cases of chronic cervictitis with positivity ( + ). Postitive rate of c-erbB-2 was significantly higher in cervical carcinoma(34. 15%) than in normal controls and cervictitis (P<0. 01). The expression was found to be correlated with the pathological gradings of the tumors and the survival. Conclusions These results suggested that c-erbB-2 expression played an important role in the development and malignant change of cervical carcinoma and its overexpression indicated a poor clinical course and prognosis.
