摘　　要：本文针对胸片透视图像的灰度特征 ,通过研究局部区域划分和三线段灰度变换各节点的调节作用 ,给出了无需参数调节的胸片一致性图像增强方法。通过对正常胸片和SARS胸片的实际应用 ,表明该方法可提高整体图像各细节的清晰度 ,并可应用于大部分胸片透视图像的处理 ,因此方便、快捷。According to the gray-scale properties of chest radiograph, the local segmentation and the adjusting effects of linear transformation of three sections were analyzed, and an approach of blind enhancement without modifying parameters of gray-scale transformation was given in the paper. It is shown that the details of whole chest image are sharper and the method can be employed in most of clinic situation due to its convenience and rapid processing through the application of normal and SARS images.
