摘  要:目的 探讨微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法  13例胫骨远端骨折患者 ,在C臂X线监控下采用间接复位经皮微创钢板内固定技术治疗。分析术后发热时间 ,住院天数 ,骨折愈合时间。结果 全部病例随访 3~ 2 4个月 ,平均 10个月 ,术后平均发热时间 ,住院天数分别为 1 8天和 8天 ,骨折临床愈合时间 6~ 10周 ,平均 8周 ,无延迟愈合 ,不愈合 ,感染等并发症。结论 微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折损伤小 ,恢复快 ,并发症少 ,符合美学要求 ,是一种疗效较好的生物学固定方法。Objective To study the effect of minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis (MIPO) for fracture of distal tibia.Methods 13 patients with distal tibia fracture were treated with minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis by indirect reduction under C-arm x-ray guidance.The time of postoperation fever,the time of hospitalization and the average clinical healing time were analysed.Results All patients were followed up from 3 to 24 months with an average of 10 months.The mean hospitalization were 8 days,the mean postoperation fever were 1.8 days.The clinical healing time were form 6 to 10 weeks,and the mean time were 8 weeks.No nonunion or delayed union,as well no inflammation in all patients.Conclusion Minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis is an optimal approach to treat distal tibial fractures.It provides biological fixation with better healing and lower complication rate,it also meets higher cosmetic requirements.
