摘  要:通过黑荆树组织培养,探索基本培养基、生长调节物质、蔗糖含量、生长素种类和浓度不同对黑荆树嫩梢增殖、生根的影响。研究结果:采用春季培育42天的实生苗茎段作为外植体,在含有一定成分配比的培养基中,经7-20天,外植体长出1-3个芽梢。在低无机盐分的培养基中附加生长素NAA0.2-0.4mg/1,20-30天即可生根。研究指出:芽丛分化与细胞激动素,无机盐分含量,蔗糖浓度和生长素种类及浓度关系密切。A tissue culture test was carried out with mearns acacia to determine the effect of the basic culture media, the growth controlling substances, the content of sucrose, as well as the growth regulators with different concentrations on tip reproduction and rooting. The explants used were the stem part from 45-day old seedlings produced in spring. When treated in a medium with a certain formulation, Ito3buds for me d on the explant 7to 20 days later.When treated in a low-inorganic-salt medium with growth regulates NAA with a concentration of 0.2-0.4mg/L added to it, rooting occurred in the 20th to 30th day. The study indicated that the bu d diffe rent iat ion is colsely related to the content of cell activator, the content of inorganic-salt, the concentration of sucrose, the type of the growth regulator and the concentration of the growth regulator.
