摘　　要：如何在道路网络上科学、合理地组织交通流是缓解城市交通拥阻的重要手段,针对上海市目前的交通供需矛盾,并适应地铁、中环快速路等大型交通基础设施的规划与建设,提出了中心区主骨架路网的综合交通流组织规划策略。How to operate the urban traffic network scientifically is the keys of expedite city traffic. Thinking about the rapid construction of subways and Zhonghuan expressway under the condition of big contradiction of traffic demand and supply in inner city, the plan of comprehensive traffic flow on main - road in inner city is put forward.
