摘　　要：本文论述了逆向物流的定义及其构成,分析了企业实施逆向物流的意义,并对企业如何实施逆向物流进行了探讨,提出企业实施逆向物流需要管理者的重视,要在供应链范围内构建逆向物流系统,建立逆向物流处理中心等建议。The paper explains the definition and constitution of reverse logistics, analyze the significance that enterprises implement reverse logistics, and discuss how to implement reverse logistics successfully such as: enterprises' managers must attach importance to reverses logistics, found reverse logistics system within the whole supply chain, build the processing center of reverse logistics and so on.
