摘  要:使用立体定向伽玛刀(γ-刀)治疗松果体区肿瘤33例,肿瘤直径(X+Y+Z/3)10.0~45.5mm,平均23.5mm.体积0.443cm^3~35.4cm^3,平均12.1cm^3.肿瘤边缘剂量14~20Gy,平均15.2±1.7Gy.中心剂量25.0~42.8Gy,平均37.5±6.9Gy.影像定位仪为1.5TMRI.随访3~12个月.初步结果表明:病人的临床症状体征明显好转,9个月后肿瘤生长控制率,即治疗有效率为96.2%,显效率92.3%,无严重并发症发生.提示γ-刀可作为松果体区肿瘤的有效治疗方法.Thirty three patients(29 males and 4 females ) underwent stereotactic radiosurgery with a 201 60Co source gamma knife for treatment of pineal region tumors. The patient's ageranged from 1. 1 to 48 years (mean 18. 6 years) and Karnofsky Performance Score (KPS ) was 60%-90% (mean 70%). The diameter of tumors ((x±y±z)/3)ranged from 10. 0mm to 45. 5mm(mean 23. 5mm). The dose administered to tumor center and margin was 37. 5 ± 6. 9Gy(25-42. 8Gy) and 15. 2±1. 7Gy (14 - 20Gy) respectively. 29 patients were followed up from 3 to 12 months. The preliminary results showed that the symptoms and signs had achieved a significant improvement after treatment. The growth control rate of tumor was 96. 2%. No severe complications occured. So the image-guided gamma knife radiosurgery represents a safe and effective method for treatment of this kind of tumors.
