松香型表面活性剂在阳离子分散松香胶中应用研究及其中性施胶

摘　　要：介绍了几种松香型表面活性剂的合成,通过对其分子结构的分析,合理地进行功能性选择,复配的乳化剂用作阳离子分散松香胶的分散剂。采用两种乳化工艺制备松香乳液,考察其乳液微粒、pH值等对稳定性的影响。制备的施胶剂在pH为6～8环境条件下用于纸张施胶,获得满意的施胶效果。In this paper, the syntheses of some rosin-based surfactants were introduced briefly. These rosin-based surfactants could be used as the emulsifier and dispersing agent of cationic dispersed rosin size when forming synergetic effects each other via properly tailoring the surfactants according to the analysis of their molecular structures. Two emulsifying processes were used to prepare the cationic rosin emulsion. The factors influencing the stability of the rosin emulsion such as particle size and pH were investigated. The cationic rosin emulsion with rosin-based surfactants shows a good storing stability and satisfied sizing effect at pH 6.0～8.0.
