递增负荷对速滑运动员左心室结构与功能的影响

摘　　要：递增负荷对12名速滑运动员左心室结构功能试验表明:递增负荷前速滑运动员左心室WTd、LVDd、LVDs、EVD及EVS均明显高于对照组;CO、CI、HR、EF、△%D组间比较均无显著性差异;而SV、SI则明显高于对照组,说明SV、SI是评定心功能的敏感指标。负荷后男女实验组与对照组比较,除LVDs无显著性变化外,WTd、LVDd、LVDs、EVS、CO、CI、SV、SI、EF、△%D均比对照组显著性提高。男女实验组、对照组负荷前后比较EVS明显下降,CO、CI、EF、△%D显著增加;女子实验组在CO、CI、EF、△%D明显增加同时,SV、SI显著高于递增负荷前。The study made an experiment in the effects of incremental load on the construction and function of left ventride of the heart of 12 speed skaters.The results indicated that the left ventricles WTd,LVDd,LVDs,EVD and EVS of speed skaters were higher than group control in pre-test; CO,CI,HR,EF,△%D were not difference.But the SV,SI were higher than control group,so the SV,SI may be a sensitive index sign to the heart function.Expect for LVDs were not significient,WTd,LVDd,LVDs,EVS were higher than control group after incremental load test on male speed skaters.WTd,LVDd,LVD,CO,CI,SV,SI were higher than control in women.But LVDs,EVS were not significientchanges between the group of skaters and the control.In all of the groups,the EVS was descended,but CO,CI,HR,EF,△%D were higher at pre-test as compared with post-test.In addition,the SV,SI were higher than pre-test on female speed skaters.
