摘　　要：就厦门大学如何树立健康第一的指导思想,进一步深化体育教育教学改革,加强体育师资队伍建设,加大体育教学设施、设备的投入等问题作较全面的阐述,并对未来大学体育工作的发展进行思考。This paper does more overall elabration on the question of how to establish guidelines of 'health is the first' on Xiamen University,how to deepen the reform in physical education further,how to strengthen the building of sports teachers,how to increase the input in sports teaching facility and equipment and how to develop sports work of the university in the future.
