摘 要:临床营养与治疗、护理共同构成寻求最佳疗效的三大支柱。针对当前营养科管理和全面建设严重滞后于医疗和护理工作,影响医院质量、形象,制约医院全面发展等问题,立足现实,着眼未来,从学科定位、管理体制、人才培养和硬件建设等方面,对营养科的全面建设进行了探讨。提出营养科建设的关键是明确学科地位,实施政策倾斜;落实编制机构,打好组织基础;加强人才培养,抓住发展关键;理顺管理体制,确保健康发展。Clinical nutrition, medical treatment and nursing constitute the three pillars in searching for the best curative effect. In view of the fact that the management and overall construction of the nutrition department seriously lags behind medical and nursing work, which impairs the quality and image of the hospital and hinders its overall development, the authors, basing themselves on the realities and having their eyes on the future, explore the overall construction of the nutrition department from the perspectives of disciplinary orientation identification, management system, personnel training, and hardware construction. They argue that the key to the construction of the nutrition department lies in identifying disciplinary orientations and implementing policy favor; carrying out the manning quotas and laying solid organizational foundations; strengthening personnel training and grasping key development opportunities; streamlining the management system and safeguarding a healthy development.
