摘  要:康有为的维新变法理论被视作糅和中西所形成的"不中不西亦中亦西"的理论体系。康有为在构建维新变法理论时,始终处于维新和复古的两难境地。一方面,他试图以西学作为变法维新的武器,另一方面,他却又不能摆脱传统儒家思想的影响,从而决定了康有为所设想的近代化道路必然是要走君主立宪制的道路。因而,他的最终失败也就成为逻辑上的必然。KANG You-wei's reforming theory is thought as a compromise of Chinese and Western thoughts.The author thinks that KANG You-wei was always in a dillema between reformation and restoring ancient ways in constructing his theory system of constitutional reform and modernization.On the one hand,he wanted to take Western learning as a base of reforming,on the other, he could not escape the influence of Chinese traditional Confucianism. All of these determined that the modernized road he imagined must be that of constitutional monarchy.So his failure was inevitable.
