摘　　要：在信息化时代,供应链管理已经成为被各企业普遍认可的管理模式,原有的企业管理的理念、流程、技术、组织及报酬体系等都要发生相应的改变,以适应供应链管理的新要求。本文重点阐述了如何在供应链管理模式下进行企业再造,以及企业再造的核心内容及应遵循的原则。In information age, supply chain management has been generally recognized by most enterprises, the former enterprise's idea, procedure, technology, organization and remuneration system should accordingly change to meet the new require of supply chain management. This text has especially explained how to make reengineering under the mode of supply chain management, and pointed out the central content and principle of the enterprise reengineering.
