摘 要:针对中小企业信用担保业务流程不规范和信息不对称等给担保企业带来高经营风险在我国比较突出的问题,对担保企业资信评估指标体系及担保业务风险算法等进行了设计,形成了监控担保业务风险的决策模式。利用层次模型理论构建了中小企业信用担保决策系统的逻辑结构和功能结构。利用计算机网络技术,采用C/S和B/S相结合的模式开发了中小企业信用担保决策系统并应用于中科智担保投资有限公司等,有效地控制了担保风险。According to the outstanding problem of the high operation risk of the guaranty enterprise brought by the non-(standard) and information asymmetrical etc. of credit guaranty business process of middle-small Business in china, the (credit) evaluation index system and the risk algorithm of guaranty business etc. of the guaranty enterprise are designed, (consequently,) the decision model of monitoring guaranty business risk is formed. The logic structure and function structure of credit guaranty decision system of middle-small business are constructed by use of layer model theory. By use of (computer) network technology, the decision system of credit guaranty of middle-small business is developed by adopting the (admixture) pattern of C/S and B/S. The system is applied into Zhong Kezhi guaranty investment limited corporation etc. The guaranty risk is efficiently controlled.
