摘　　要：人力资本理论萌芽于18世纪,产生于20世纪60年代,80年代以后得到了飞速发展,由定性研究逐渐转向定量研究。随着人力资本理论的不断发展完善,人们越来越认识到人力资本在经济增长中的重要作用。The theory of human capital sprouted in 18th century,started in the 1960's of 20th century and developed quickly after 1980's,which changed from the research of qualitative investigation to quantative investigation.With its perfect development,its importance in the economic development is realized by more and more people.
