比塔派克斯用于根管充填的近期临床反应分析

摘　　要：目的　了解比塔派克斯 (Vitapex)糊剂用于根管充填的近期临床反应发生情况。 方法　选择慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎 5 2例患牙随机分为两组 ,对照组 2 6牙采用传统的氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖进行根管充填 ,实验组2 6牙采用Vitapex糊剂加牙胶尖进行根管充填 ,充填后 1周随访。 结果　对照组和实验组的临床反应发生率分别为19.2 3 %和 7.69%。结论　Vitapex糊剂是一种近期临床反应较少的根管充填材料。Objecti To evaluate the short period clinical responses in root canal filling with Vitapex.Methods 26 teeth were randomly divided into two groups.The root canal of 26 teeth were filled with zinc oxide eugenol paste plus gutta percha as control group,those of 26 teeth were filled with Vitapex paste plus gutta percha as experimental group.Clinical observation in a week following root canal filling.Result The ratio of short period clinical responses in control group and experimental group was 19.23% and 7.69%.Conclusion Vitapex has a good short term therpeutic effect in root canal filling.
