肝癌组织经^(32)P玻璃微球内放射治疗后的细胞凋亡改变

摘　　要：目的　了解经内放射治疗后肝癌细胞是否产生凋亡以及内放射对癌周组织的影响。方法　对我院1994～ 1998年收治的 4 4例不能切除的晚期肝癌患者施行3 2 P玻璃微球 (3 2 P GMS)肝动脉灌注治疗后 2～ 6个月 ,有 3例肝癌得以二期切除 ,作为治疗组 ;另外选择相应年龄、相同部位、相同分化程度的可切除的 4例肝癌作为对照组。将切除的肝癌组织行TUNEL染色并对其观察计数 ,计算凋亡指数。结果　肝癌细胞凋亡指数治疗组为 2 9%～ 34% ,平均 (31± 16 ) % ;而对照组为 4 %～ 6 % ,平均 (5± 12 .2 ) %。癌周组织凋亡指数治疗组为 2 7%～ 37% ,平均 (35±11) % ;对照组为 0 .3%～ 5 .0 % ,平均 (4.1± 3.3) %。结论　3 2 P GMS内放射治疗肝癌后 。Objective To find out if apoptosis is induced after intra-radiotherapy and its effects on pericarcinomal tissue. Methods From 1994 to 1998, 44 patients with unresectable liver cancer received 32 P-GMS intra-radiotherapy. After 2 to 6 months the tumors in 3 cases could be resected and we used this cases as the treatment group. We use 4 patients with resectional HCC of same age, diseased region, differentiated but without anyother therapy as the control group. The TUNEL staining was used to stain the resected tissue, and the apoptosis index was counted. Results The apoptosis index of carcinoma was 29%～34%, average (31±16)% in the treatment group and that of the control group was 4%～6%, average (5±12.2)%. The apoptosis index of pericarcinomal tissue was 27%～37%, average (35±11)% in the treatment group and that of the control group was 0.3%～5%, average (4.1±3.3)%. Conclusion 32 P-GMS intra-radiotherapy can enhance the apoptosis of HCC and its adjacent tissue.
