摘 要: 青海南部牧区教育由于自然地理条件的特殊性、生产的流动性、居住的分散性及社会经济基础薄弱、教育发展起点低等因素,而面临诸多困难和问题。要发展青海南部牧区教育,必须进一步提高对教育战略地位的认识,增强紧迫感和责任感;努力实现职业技术教育和基础教育的早期结合;最大限度地提高教育的投资效应,打破封闭状态,坚持以人为本,创新方法和手段,妥善处理好寺院教育、传统教育与现代教育的关系。Education in the pastoral area of southern Qinghai Province faces many difficulties and problems due to its special natural and geographical conditions,mobility of production,scattered inhabitation,poor foundation of social economy,and low starting point of education.In order to develop education in that region,we must further uplift the understanding of the strategic position of education,enhance the senses of emergency and responsibility,make great effort to combine vocational-technical education with elementary education at an early stage,maximize profits of educational investment,break self-enclosure,insist on putting the people first,make innovations in methods and measures and properly handle the relations among monastery education,traditional education and modern education.
