摘　　要：网络信息环境的发展,社会信息量的急剧增长,对现代社会的方方面面正在产生着重大而深远的影响。推进网络文明建设,是我国网络事业健康发展的必要保证。高校一定要防止有害信息侵蚀,为学生营造绿色上网环境。The development of network information environment and the fast increase of social information have brought important and deep influence on various fields of modern society. Therefore, it is the necessary guarantee of the health development of our country's network cause. Only in this way, can the hi-tech information net be the real carrier of the advanced culture and the cultural tool. As the cultural foundation, colleges and universities should take necessary measures to prevent students from attacking by harmful information and construct green environment of using network for the students. This has been the urgent need of the present society's development.
