摘　　要：本文从北方工业大学图书馆开发的“考研专栏”为读者提供特色信息资源服务的实践和实际应用分析,阐述了高校图书馆特色信息资源的开发要以用户需求为导向,以资源共建共享为主体,以合理人力资源组织为保障,为读者提供专而深的个性化服务。In this paper, with the practice and appliance analysis of characteristic information resources of the library in NCUT, it was introduced that with the demanding of users as guidance, the resource cons tructing and sharing as main body and with reasonable organization of people as guarantee, the exploitation of characteristic information resources of the library in university should provide professional and profound service to the readers. [
