摘　　要：本文报道笔者医治的5例典型翼钩综合征患者,经过临床诊断治疗及术后短期随访,除一例双侧患病,未手术侧症状仍存在外,其余患者所有临床症状消失,没有复发。文中结合有关资料对翼钩综合征的病因、临床症候群的解剖学基础等问题进行探讨,并提出了一些临床诊断的检查要点和治疗建议。Clinical signs and symptoms of pterygoid hamulus syndrome were non-characteristic and easy to neglect and misdiagnose. Its etiologic factors and pathogenesis are not fully understood. No description concerning this syndrome was found in the special books of medical syndromes. Five cases with typical pterygoid hamulus syndrome treated recently were presented in this article. No further complaints in four of them were made except one involved bilaterally with pain relieved in surgical side while discomfort reserved in non-surgical side during a short follow-up period. The etiologic factors and anatomic interpretation of this syndrome were discussed. Finally several procedures of clinical examination and treatment proposal were put forward.
