再植牙68例远期疗效观察

摘　　要：作者报告了68例再植牙的远期疗效。68例中施术最短时间已4年半,其中14例因根吸收已拔除,远期有效率79.14％。作者认为牙齿再植术可直接保留天然牙,经济实惠,且功能优于人工义齿;术中保护牙周膜是再植成功的重要保证。The long-term effect of 68 replanted teeth was discussed. Only 14 replanted teeth was extracted during the follow-up period over 4 years. The rate of foward validity was 79.41%. Replantation of tooth can keep natural tooth. preservation of periodental membrane in the operation can prevent radicular absorption of replanted tooth.
