Reflections on the construction and development of medico-technical departments in our hospitals

摘　　要：医技科室的建设和发展直接影响医院的整体水平和技术进步 ,笔者通过对我院医技科室基本特点、发展现状和存在困难的初步分析 ,对医技科室在学科整合、人才培养、科技创新、微创治疗。The construction and development of medico-technical departments have a direct influence on the overall level and technical progress of a hospital. Based on a primary analysis of the basic features and current situation of medico-technical departments in the author′s hospital as well as the difficulties they are faced with, the paper offers several reflections on the advancement of medico-technical departments, including department integration, personnel training, scientific innovation, minimally invasive therapy, eguipment renewal and service function.
