中风醒脑口服液治疗急性脑出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中风醒脑口服液治疗急性脑出血的疗效。方法将患者247例随机分为治疗组125例与对照组122例,两组均予西医常规处理,治疗组另予中风醒脑口服液。结果治疗组总有效率82.40%,病死率14.40%;对照组总有效率46.73%,病死率40.16%。结论治疗组在降低颅内压、减轻脑水肿、促进血肿吸收等方面均有明显的效果,可明显降低患者的致残率。Objective:To observe the effect of Zhongfengxingnao Oral Liquid(中风醒脑口服液,ZOL)in treating acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:247 patients were divided randomly into the treatment group(n=125)and the controlled group(n=122).Patients in both groups received the usual treatment of WM,while those in the treatment group took ZOL in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.40%,while that of the controlled group was 46.73%.The mortality rate of the treatment group was 14.40%,while that of the controlled group was 40.16%.Conclusion:ZOL has obvious effect on reducing intracerebral pressure,reliving brain edema,activiting assimilation of hematoma and cutting down the disabled rate as well.
