摘　　要：科学家成功之处在于科技创新和人文底蕴的融合。目前的研究欠缺对科学家人文底蕴深入系统的探讨。科学家人文底蕴的基础是科学自觉 ,是真 ;人文底蕴的彰显是人文自觉 ,是善 ;人文底蕴的内核是人文价值 ,是美。人文价值是科学与人文的融合点 ,体现了二者在追求真善美的人生价值最高境界上的相通。人文底蕴的培养必须贯穿人文价值 。A scientist's creative ideas and innovations in science and technology can't be separated form his inherent qualities. His success lies in merging one with the other. There isn't sufficient exploration and investigation in the inherent human qualities of the science men. This study holds the view that the foundation of a scientist's qualities as a human being is scientific consciousness and truth. These human qualities are shown as self-awareness and good conduct. The core of inherent human qualities is underlined by human value and beauty. Human value is the combination of science and humanities. It demonstrates the fact that these two are closely interlinked in the noblest boundary of one's life in seeking the true, the good and the beautiful. The cultivation of inherent human qualities should be fulfilled by constant human value, scientific consciousness and human self-awareness.
