摘  要:近20年来,体育教学改革实践中相继推出了按体能分组、按身体素质分组、按兴趣分组以及按专项分组等教学分组形式,主要目的都是为了解决学生的个体差异问题,但都因其理论或操作上的种种缺陷而难以推广。“学分制教学分组与评价模式”借鉴学分制教学管理模式,依据现代心理学对个体差异研究的成果,提出了处理体育教学中学生个体差异的行为策略,这是对体育教学理论与实践的一大贡献。In the past twenty years, the practice of the physical education reform has seen a variety of group-teaching modes according to physical talent,physical quality,individual interest and speciality,all of which,even with the aim of tackling students' individual diversities,are confronted with difficulty in large-scale application. 'The group-teaching and assessment model based on credit system' takes ad- vantage of the managrnent of the credit system, and brings up some stragegies for dealing with stu- dents' individual diverstities in school physical education, giminded in the modem psychological re- searches in individual diversity. It is a contribution to the teaching theray and practice of physical edu- cation.
