摘 要:体育课堂的教学过程是一个心理运作过程,其运作效果与体育课堂的心理效益密不可分。体育课堂心理效益具有外显──内隐共存、稳定──易变共融、接纳──拆共振特征,由课堂心理气氛、心理适应和心理认同等要素构成,增强体育知识、技术的可受度、协调运作内外信息系统和连结师生内有的心理纽带,达成师生心理合作,是提高体育课堂心理效益的机制。The process of training in the class of physical education is one of mental working. The working result can not be separated from the mental benefit in the physical education ciass. The men- tal benefit in the physical education class owns characteristic: showing and hiding coexist, steady and change blend , acceptance and repulsion activate each other, and it is ccmpcaed with element: the mental atmosphere, the mental adapting , the mental agreement and ~ on increase sport knowledge, the technical acceptance and cmrdinating link between the inner outer information system and the inner psychology of teachers and students, reaching the mental couperating between teachers and stu- dents it is the mechanism that raise the benefit of sport mental education class.
