摘  要:目的:制备全封闭的双歧杆菌活菌微囊胶囊。方法:采用胶囊肠溶包衣新技术和微囊化技术,将不同的高分子材料用于制备全封闭的双歧杆菌活菌微囊胶囊。结果:微囊和微囊胶囊在模拟人工胃液(pH 1.5-2.0)中处理4h,活菌数分别保持在27.6%和84.4%以上,而在人工肠液中处理30min,微囊全部溶出,释放出活性菌,释放率达90%以上。微囊胶囊在37℃下保存3个月(相当于常温下1年以上),其中的活菌数仍大干109个·g-1。结论:制备的微囊对活性菌有保护作用,有效地提高了活性菌体的耐酸性能,微囊中的茵体仍保持较高的活性且能在微囊中继续增殖。Objective:To prepare bifidobacterial microencapsules in completely closed capsules. Methods:The target capsules were prepared with different high polymers using enteric coating and mi-croencapsulation technologies. Results:After treated with artificial gastric solution (pH 1.5-2.0) for 4h, the viable bifidobacterium in the microencapsules were still more than 27. 6 % , in the completely closed capsules they were still more than 84.4 % . After treated with artificial enteric solution (pH 6.8) for 30 min, the microencapsules have completely disintegrated and the viable organism released into solution were more than 90% of the label amount. After stored below 37℃ for 3 months,the amount of viable bifidobacterium were still >1.0×109·g-1. Conclusion: Microencapsulation has protective effect on viable bifidobaterium and can effectively increase the acid - tolerance ability of bifidobacterium. In microencapsules,bifidobacterium keeps a higher competence and can continuously proliferate.
