自制复方右旋柠烯乳剂溶解胆固醇结石的实验研究

摘　　要：本研究通过对人胆囊结石标本的成份分析,进而选用对各种主要成分有良好的溶解作用的药物配成4组复方溶石液,通过体外溶石实验,筛选出复方右旋柠烯乳剂的溶石效果最好。在此基础上,用家兔作动物体内溶石实验及动物急性、亚急性毒性试验,局部刺激试验。结果证明,自制复方右旋柠烯乳剂对CS有显著的溶解作用,溶石速度快,且毒副作用小,是一个很有前途的CS接触溶解剂。This paper reports the results of experimental studies on dissolution of human cholesterol stones(CS) by self-made d-limonene complex emulsion. In view of the characteristics of CS composition, we had selected the dissolving agents to make 4 groups of complex emulsions, of which the d-limonene complex emulsion was sifted by CS dissolving experiments in vitro. Rabbits were employed in order to explore the toxicity of d-limonene complex emulsion in animal.Conclusions: The self-made d-limonene complex emulsion is qualified and easyto make. Contact stone solving experiments in vitro and in vivo have confirmed that this emulsion is rapid and efective for CS contact dissolution.Animal toxicity tests showed that this emulsion was safe. It is a satisfactory contact dissolvent of the CS.
