摘 要:目的 研究显齿蛇葡萄总黄酮体外和体内给药对口腔常见致病菌的抑菌作用。方法 对口腔常见致病菌的标准株和临床分离株,采用相应培养基体外培养增殖,试管稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度、MIC50和MIC90,平板法测定抑菌强度,小鼠细菌致死量法测定口腔局部给药对动物的保护作用。结果 显齿蛇葡萄总黄酮对试验菌的抑菌浓度大多<1.0 mg·mL-1,口腔黏膜局部给药对金黄色葡萄球菌和甲型溶血型链球菌感染小鼠具有保护作用,提高动物存活率。结论:显齿蛇葡萄总黄酮局部用药时,药物浓度可以达抑菌浓度以上,并有一定的体内抑菌作用。OBJECTIVE To determine the bacteriostasis of flavones, extracted from Ampelopsis grossedentata (Hand-Mazz) W.T.Wang (grossedentata flavones) on common pathogens from mouth cavity. METHODS The standard strains and clinic separated strains of common pathogens from mouth cavity were cultured and proliferated by corresponding media in vitro. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), MIC50 and MIC90 were determined by dilution metering, and the bacteriostatic effects were determined by the plating method. The protections of mice attacked by pathogen were studied with pathogen limes death method. RESULTS The MIC, MIC50 and MIC90 of grossedentata flavones on the majority of test pathogen strains were lower than 1. 0 mg · mL-1. Local application of the flavones to mouth cavity significantly protect mice from staphylococcus aureus and α-hemlytic streptococcus, and raise the survival rates. CONCLUSIONS Local application of grossedentata flavones may reach the inhibitory concentration, accompanying inhibitory effects in vivo.
