摘　　要：研究单工厂、多产品、多分销中心供应链网络的生产—分销运作一体化问题 ,利用混合整数规划方法 ,建立一体化的多周期模型 ,同步优化系统的生产批量、库存和车辆调度 .通过对模型的等价转换 ,设计了拉格朗日松弛启发式算法来求解模型 .数值实例的计算结果验证了算法的有效性 。This paper studies the integrated production-dis tr ibution operation problem in supply chain network composed of single plant, mult iple products and multiple distribution centers. An integrated multi-period mod el is proposed using mixed integer programming approach, whose aim is to optimiz e production lot size, inventory and vehicle schedule in the system simultaneous ly. Lagrange relaxation heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the model by eq uivalent transformation. The computational result of numerical example validates that the algorithm is effective and shows that integrated decision can remarkab ly reduce the supply chain cost.
