摘　　要：目的　运用反相高效液相色谱法测定回生第一丹胶囊中血竭素的含量。方法　采用ZorbaxC18柱 ,乙腈 0 .0 5mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液 (5 0∶5 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 4 4 0nm。结果　血竭素平均回收率为 10 0 .1% ,RSD为 1.5 % (n =6 )。结论　本法简便、快速、重现性好 ,可作为产品的定量分析方法。OBJECTIVE To determine the content of dracorhodin in Huisheng Diyidan capsules by RP-HPLC. METHOD The assay was performed on Zorbax C 18 column, acetonitrile-0.05mol·L -1sodium dihydrogen phosphate(50∶50) was used as mobile phase , the detection wavelength was 440nm. RESULTS The average recovery of dracorhodin was 100.1% and RSD was 1.5%(n=6).CONCLUSION This method is simple,quick,reproducible, which can be used for the quantitative analysis of diacorhodin in Huisheng Diyidan Capsules.
