摘　　要：目的　建立小鼠原位肝移植模型 ,探讨建模中的手术技巧。方法　采用同系C5 7BL雄性小鼠 ,双袖套法建立小鼠原位肝移植模型 ,共完成 4 0例。结果　手术成功率达到 85 % ,受体长期存活率 (>10 0d)约为 70 % ,移植肝功能保持良好。结论　该模型制作手术成功率高 ,是一种理想的肝移植实验研究模型。Objective To establish orthotopic liver transplantation model in mice and explore related surgical skills. Methods C57BL lean mice served as liver donors and recipients. Forty cases of orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) in mice were carried out using a two-cuff techinique at infrahepatic cava and portal vein. Results 85 % operating successful rate was achieved. The long-term survival rate of the recipients was 70 % (>100 days) and liver graft function was satisfactory. Conclusion OLT in mice was an ideal model for experimental research of live transplantation.
