新蚤属一新种及其幼虫形态的记述(蚤目:多毛蚤科)  

ON A NEW SPECIES OF NEOPSYLLA AND ITS LARVA MORPHO. LOGY (SIPHONAPTERA:HYSTRICHOPSYLLIDAE)

摘　　要：1989年10月下旬,王思博研究员在新疆博乐市捕获一只灰仓鼠Cricetulus migratorius,作者在该鼠体采得寄生蚤20只(5、15),经鉴定为新蚤属一新种。为纪念王思博先生在新疆啮齿动物研究中所作出的突出贡献以及他对医学昆虫学工作给予的关心和支持,谨将新种命名为思博新蚤。将所获蚤中的3对制成玻片标本,余者在实验室饲养繁殖,结果获得了大量成虫和幼期标本。本文同时描述新种成虫和幼虫形态。The new species is named in honour of Prof. Wang Si-bo for his outstanding contribution in studies of Xinjiang rodents and his concern and support to the studies of medical entomo-logy.Neopsylla siboi sp. nov. (figs. 1-5)The new species is allied to Neopsylla leratura Rothschild, 1913, but differs in the following diagnostic characters of male: 1) only on inside-ventral margin of distal arm of ST. 9 are there 11-13 wide and flat spiniforms which are nearly straight and sclerous weakly (fig-3); 2) movable process are longer and narrower with a light radian of posterior margin, and a distinct angle lying on the joint of anterior margin and upper margin (fig. 3); 3) there are 3-5 thick and long bristles on the postero-ventral margin of ST. 8, others mid or short (fig. 2); 4) aedeagal orochet wider and petallike with a rounder apical portion (fig. 4).Holotype , body lenth 2.6 mm; allotype , 2.5 mm; and paratypes 4 , 4 were col-lected on 30 October 1989 ex Cricetulus migratorius from Bole town of Xinjiang. Other paraty-pes 30, 30 were obtained by breeding in laboratory. The types are deposited in Xin-jiang Institute for Endemic Disease Control and Research.The larva morphology of new species is described (fig. 6) and compared with that of other three species of the same genus-N. pleskei orientalis, N. mana and N. teratura.
