摘　　要：针对制造企业客户关系管理CRM与企业资源计划ERP系统信息集成问题,提出了一种CRM与ERP系统信息集成模型,并利用XML表述数据,实现了基于XML的CRM与ERP的信息共享,使企业能够充分利用内部资源与外部资源,实现利润最大化的目的。According to the information integration of customer relationship management(CRM) system with enterprise resource program (ERP) system in manufacturing enterprise, an system information integration model of CRM and ERP is put forward. By using XML to express the data, the information sharing of CRM and ERP based on XML is realized. So the enterprise can enough use its inner and outer resources to gain its maximal profit.
