浅谈社会化形势下学生宿舍的教育

摘　　要：学生宿舍不仅是“住”的场所 ,也是学校思想政治工作的主阵地。学生宿舍的管理和服务可以社会化 ,但学生宿舍的教育不能社会化 ,它将面临着新的挑战。我们必须重新审视学生宿舍的教育功能 ,将高校学生思想政治工作的重心转移到学生宿舍 ,在学生宿舍建设一支专职强干的学生工作政工队伍。学生宿舍教育工作的主要内容包括 :环境教育、思想政治教育、思想品德教育、自我教育、自我服务与自我管理等 ,从这些方面入手 ,其育人的效果将会更加富有成效。He dormitories of the students are not only places to live in ,but also are the main position for ideological education. The management and service to the dormitories can be socialized,but the political education can not be socialized. We face new challenge. We must have a new idea on it. We should shift focus onto the dormitories of the students and we must have many astute and capable persons to manage it. Its main works are as follows: environment education,political and ideological education,character education,self-service education,education by oneself,etc.
